Cyprus itself offers 362 days a year of sunshine but also the Troodos mountains get snow in January/February so it is possible to ski in the morning and go down to the beach and sunbathe in the afternoon.
They drive on the left so very easy to get about, also great bus service. Cyprus has a wonderful history so lots to see and do, as well as fantastic beaches.
